General Terms

1. Credit Requirements

All non-exclusive licenses require producer credit "Produced by Karlmann Beats" in the title or description of your release. For exclusive licenses, credit is appreciated but optional.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or lease the beat to third parties
• Claim ownership or authorship of the beat
• Register the beat with any content ID or rights management system
• Use the beat in any way that is illegal, defamatory, or obscene
• Sub-license the beat to others (except as part of a finished recording)

3. Multiple Licenses

Non-exclusive licenses may be sold to multiple customers. If you need exclusive rights, you must purchase an Exclusive License.

4. License Delivery

Upon purchase, you will receive a license agreement via email and in your account dashboard. The license agreement serves as proof of your rights to use the beat.

5. Upgrade Options

You may upgrade your license at any time by paying the difference between your current license and the upgraded license. Contact us for upgrade requests.

6. Copyright

Karlmann Beats retains copyright ownership of all beats unless an Exclusive License is purchased. You own the copyright to your lyrics and vocals, but not the underlying beat composition.
