• MP3 License: Non-exclusive rights for personal or commercial use with limited distribution
• WAV License: Non-exclusive rights with uncompressed audio file and expanded distribution
• Unlimited License: Non-exclusive rights with unlimited distribution and streaming
• Exclusive License: Full exclusive rights to the beat with complete ownership transfer

2. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time of your purchase.

3. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate download access to your purchased beat(s) and license agreement via email. Downloads are available in your account dashboard.

Please ensure your email address is correct during checkout. If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

4. License Agreement

Each purchase includes a license agreement that specifies the terms of use for the beat. By purchasing a beat, you agree to abide by the terms of the license agreement.

The license agreement will be sent to your email and is also available in your account dashboard. Please read the license agreement carefully before using the beat.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or other exceptional circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All beats remain the intellectual property of Karlmann Beats until an exclusive license is purchased. Non-exclusive licenses grant you the right to use the beat but do not transfer ownership.

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any beat unless you have purchased an exclusive license.
